“Lebih lanjut, Kombes Pol Sumaryono selaku Direktur Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Sumut menjelaskan bahwa para pelaku telah melakukan aksi perampokan tersebut pada Selasa (11/3/2025) sekitar pukul 12.00 WIB.”

“Sebelum mengantar uang, Adek (pelapor) memasukkan Rp280 juta ke tas ransel dan Rp230 juta ke jok Honda Vario-nya,” jelas Sumaryono
dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (24/3/2025) malam.
“Tak lama setelah berangkat, baru 100 meter dari kantor, Ali tiba-tiba menghentikan Adek dan berpura-pura minta tumpangan. Selanjutnya, saat sudah membonceng, Ali mulai menginterogasi Adek tentang tujuan perjalanan mereka.”
“Lalu tersangka berkata, ‘Berani kali setor uang taruh di tas uangnya’. “Adek membalas, ‘Jok mobil juga sudah penuh (uangnya),'” ujar Sumaryono.
Ketika tiba di persimpangan Jalan Berlian Sari dan Jalan Brigjen Zein Hamid, Ali menyuruh Adek berhenti untuk membelikannya rokok. Namun, Adek menolak. Ali kemudian memaksa merebut tas ransel Adek, tetapi gagal.
“Pelaku kemudian mendorong tubuh Adek hingga menjauh dari motornya, lalu membawa kabur sepeda motor beserta uang tunai Rp 230 juta yang

disimpan di jok motor,” ungkap Sumaryono.
Polisi yang menyelidiki kasus ini akhirnya menangkap Ali pada Sabtu (22/3/2025) sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB di indekosnya di Jalan Jermal XV Kramat Indah, Kecamatan Medan Denai.
“Hasil interogasi terhadap pelaku, dia mengakui perbuatannya,” ujar Sumaryono.
“Dari hasil rampokan,” aku Ali, “aku beli Toyota Calya merah Rp112 juta, emas Rp35 juta, bayar utang Rp15 juta, dan habiskan Rp50 juta untuk judi online.
Sisanya tinggal Rp3 juta di tanganku.”
“Saat ini pelaku kami jerat dengan Pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman 9 tahun penjara,” kata Sumaryono.
