JAKARTA, Cinta-news.com – Kabar membanggakan baru saja menghampiri ibu kota. Dalam kurun waktu tujuh bulan terakhir di bawah komando Gubernur Pramono Anung dan Wakil Gubernur Rano Karno, Jakarta berhasil menanjak tiga peringkat sekaligus dalam Global Cities Index 2025 versi AT Kearney. Ya, dari posisi 74, kini Jakarta mantap bertengger di urutan 71 kota global. Namun, mereka tidak akan berpuas diri sampai di sini.
Target Ambisius: 21 Anak Tangga Menuju 50 Besar
Staf Khusus Gubernur DKI Jakarta Bidang Pemerintahan, Desa Apridini, mengungkapkan ambisi besar di balik angka tersebut. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, katanya, sudah memasang target tinggi: menembus 50 besar pada tahun 2030. Untuk mewujudkannya, mereka akan menggenjot berbagai kebijakan pembangunan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta memperkuat sektor ekonomi dan infrastruktur kota.
“Sebenarnya Jakarta sejak lama sudah menyandang status kota global. Namun, tantangan kita sekarang adalah di peringkat mana kita ingin berdiri. Kami ingin melompat lebih tinggi,” ujar Desa dalam pernyataannya, Rabu (11/6/2026).
Pernyataan ini ia sampaikan dalam forum bedah buku berjudul “Satu Tahun Kepemimpinan Gubernur Jakarta Pramono Anung Wibowo: Kerja Cepat, Tepat, dan Maslahat” yang berlangsung di Jakarta Pusat. Buku tersebut mengupas tuntas berbagai kebijakan strategis dan arah pembangunan Jakarta selama setahun terakhir.
Desa menekankan bahwa lompatan dari peringkat 74 ke 71 bukanlah akhir dari perjuangan. Dengan semangat yang membara, ia menyebut bahwa jarak menuju 50 besar tinggal 21 anak tangga lagi. “Artinya, kita hanya perlu menaiki 21 anak tangga lagi untuk masuk ke jajaran elit kota global,” tegasnya penuh optimisme.
Jurus Jitu Pramono-Rano: Bukan Cuma Urusan Peringkat
Lalu, apa saja jurus jitu yang mereka siapkan? Peningkatan peringkat hanyalah salah satu indikator. Fokus utama kebijakan Pramono, menurut Desa, justru berakar pada penguatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Sektor pendidikan, kesehatan, dan program-program sosial menjadi prioritas utama. “Beliau selalu menekankan bahwa pendidikan adalah jalan untuk memutus rantai ketidakberuntungan. Karena itu, pendidikan kami jadikan program prioritas,” tambahnya.
Tak hanya itu, transparansi juga menjadi napas baru dalam pemerintahan. Pemprov DKI kini menggelar konferensi pers khusus APBD setiap kuartal. Langkah ini mereka ambil sebagai bentuk akuntabilitas publik, memastikan setiap rupiah anggaran benar-benar bermanfaat bagi warga.
Di sektor transportasi, gebrakan juga terasa. Pengembangan layanan Transjabodetabek menuai respons positif dari masyarakat. “Dari hampir 40 quick wins kebijakan Pak Gubernur, sorotan paling positif justru datang dari program Transjabodetabek,” ungkap Desa, menandakan bahwa mobilitas warga kini semakin terfasilitasi.
Transformasi Ekonomi: UMKM Jadi Tulang Punggung Kota Global
Sementara itu, Aprilia Hariani, sang penulis buku, memaparkan empat pilar utama yang menjadi fondasi analisisnya. Keempat pilar tersebut meliputi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, dan penguatan tata kelola pemerintahan.
Menurut Aprilia, Jakarta saat ini sedang menjalani transformasi besar. Ibu kota negara perlahan melepas “jubah” lamanya dan mulai mengenakan identitas baru sebagai kota global. Namun, transformasi ini tetap berpijak pada ekonomi akar rumput. Penguatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi tulang punggung agar pertumbuhan terasa hingga ke level terbawah.
Bukti nyata dari transformasi ini tergambar dari data ekonomi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Jakarta pada tahun 2025 tercatat mencapai 5,21 persen, angka yang melampaui rata-rata nasional. Capaian ini menjadi angin segar sekaligus bukti bahwa kebijakan yang diambil mulai menunjukkan hasil.
“Kami mencatat ada empat aspek kunci, yaitu peningkatan kesejahteraan, akselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, dan penguatan tata kelola pemerintahan,” jelas Aprilia.
Ia kembali menegaskan, “Jakarta sedang mengganti jubahnya dari ibu kota menjadi kota global.” Sebuah pernyataan yang menggambarkan ambisi sekaligus optimisme bahwa Jakarta mampu bersaing dengan kota-kota besar dunia lainnya.
Dengan perencanaan yang matang dan eksekusi yang cepat, bukan tidak mungkin target 50 besar pada 2030 akan terwujud. Semua mata kini tertuju pada langkah selanjutnya dari kepemimpinan Pramono-Rano. Apakah Jakarta benar-benar akan bersinar di pentas global? Kita tunggu saja gebrakannya!
